Through the CMS (Home Care) of the canton of Vaud, we are looking for Field Nurses (M/F) to join our dedicated team of pool staff in home care. Field Nurse in home care (CMS) MISSION DESCRIPTION Perform nursing care and basic care at the home of individuals with physical, mental dependency or disability (health checks, blood pressure monitoring, blood tests, blood glucose, injections, dressings). Support the multidisciplinary team of CMS by managing effective communication between all stakeholders through the shared medical record.
