Our difference: a strong family culture, based on essential values such as trust, proximity, and integrity.For a recognized company in the region, in order to ensure the management and supervision of work on a construction site during night hours (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) located in Le Lieu, in the Vallée de Joux, we are looking for a:Night Shift Construction Team Leader- Team leader certification or equivalent experience- Proven experience in the construction sector- Experience in managing teams on construction sites- Sense of organization and responsibility- Ability to motivate and supervise a team- Good knowledge of current safety regulations- Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit- Driver's license and vehicle, available to work night shifts (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM)- Supervise and coordinate teams on the construction site- Organize work according to the directives of the site management- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety instructions- Distribute tasks and ensure daily monitoring of activities- Monitor the progress of work and report necessary information- Act as a liaison between workers and management- Anticipate material and resource needs- Actively participate in the smooth running of the construction siteDo you recognize yourself in this profile and wish to take on a new challenge?
