They also guarantee sovereignty in the fields of digital and government services.The Team Leader is responsible for directing, organizing, and supervising landscaping activities (flower beds, shrubs, lawns, turf, street furniture) and ensures the maintenance of an aesthetic standard across the entire Prilly site. Their role is to guarantee the execution of work according to quality and safety standards and within the set deadlines.- System management: process requests, goods or service entries, and validate the receipt of invoices.- Collaborate on maintaining inventories.- Work organization: organize and plan the tasks of team members in the field based on planned and unplanned activities.- Organize, monitor, and coordinate heavy work or projects executed by external contractors.- Ensure the smooth running of activities, from start to completion.- Winter service: contribute to snow removal and salting of roads and paths.- Team management: lead and motivate the team by fostering good team spirit and effective communication.- Train and support team members for the development of their technical and professional skills.- Quality and safety control: ensure the quality of work performed and its compliance with the client's requirements.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and apply risk prevention procedures.- Management of materials and equipment: manage the supply of materials and products needed and ensure their proper storage. Supervise the maintenance and proper functioning of machines and tools.- Client relations: be the direct contact for clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. Report on the progress of work and resolve any problems in consultation with their line manager.- Federal Diploma of Landscape Foreman or Foreman in Green Space Maintenance or equivalent title in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position.- Driver's license B, or C1 + trailer.- Interest in environmental issues and work techniques respectful of nature. Good knowledge of perennial plant beds.- Ability to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, in connection with the seasonal rhythm.- Sense of autonomy, good organizational capacity, and solution-oriented. Team spirit. Sense of responsibility and knowledge and respect for safety rules.- Proficiency in French; English and/or German is an asset. Good command of Microsoft O365 office software, MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, SAP.Working hours may vary according to the needs and requirements of the service.
