We act as a partner for a demanding clientele in the choice of their future employees. For our client, a public institution based in Geneva, we are looking for a multilingual Telephone Advisor (French - German - Italian) for a 12-month temporary assignment.Telephone Advisor German-Italian-French 100%For this position, we are looking for the following profile:- Fluency in the three languages (minimum C1 level) - French - German - Italian- Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in a telephone switchboard (high call volume)- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office- Receive calls from insured persons in French, Italian, German, interpret them using the tools in order to direct them to the relevant departments- Handle 1st level questions from insured persons for the AVS, AI, and AIL divisions- Record requests in the insured person's file (e.g., request for a tax certificate, a bank form, or a certificate of residence), which the client managers of the divisions will process later- Also handle calls from external client companies residing in the building jidec1f2cfaen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
