Your Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, manage telephone calls and mail.
- Organise meetings, manage diaries and provide administrative support to teams (expense reports, travel, etc.).
- Process and follow up on invoices and payments.
- Enter accounting data into the ERP and participate in monitoring accounting operations.
- Contribute to accounting closures and ensure the reliability of administrative and financial information.
Your Profile
- Training in administration, commerce, secretarial work or accounting.
- First experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and an ERP or accounting software.
- Experience in Swiss accounting is a valued asset.
- Fluent French and good level of English.
- Organised, rigorous, versatile, autonomous person with an excellent sense of service.
- Experience in Switzerland and internationally is necessary.
- Permanent position.
