Our client is a SME based in Geneva.
## Job Description ##
* Act as the first point of contact for inbound client requests (phone and email)
* Manage customer orders end-to-end, from entry to delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms
* Monitor deliveries, handle claims, and resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams
* Support field sales teams with administrative and operational follow-up
* Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate customer data in the ERP system
* Update commercial conditions, contracts and sales documentation
* Enter orders and invoices, and follow up on payments in liaison with accounting
* Assist with product listings with wholesalers and pharmacy networks
* Support the preparation of trade fairs and commercial events
* Contribute to sales reporting and ad-hoc administrative tasks
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Previous experience in **sales administration / order management / customer service** in a B2B environment
* Comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing with external clients and internal stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
* Team-oriented, proactive and detail-minded
* Fluent in **French, German and English**
