## Job Description ##
\* Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional welcome for visitors, clients, and business partners
\* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
\* Coordinate meeting room bookings and support the organization of meetings and events
\* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office deliveries
\* Provide administrative support to management and various internal departments
\* Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders with external suppliers
\* Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and calendar coordination
\* Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth office operations
\* Perform data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information
\* Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc office management tasks
## The Successful Applicant ##
\* Diploma in Administration, Business Support, or a related field
\* Previous experience as a Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant
\* Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset
\* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office tools
\* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
\* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
\* Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
\* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
