Do you have a sense for the field and management?Multi-Technical FM Sector ManagerDo you have a sense for the field and management?Join a major player in HVAC, committed to energy performance and:- Contract: Permanent 100%- Start: To be agreed uponMulti-Technical FM Sector ManagerYour missionWithin the framework of a multi-technical Facility Management contract, reporting to the Site Manager and in collaboration with the sector managers, you will manage multi-technical projects up to 100KCHF, from the study and sizing, to the acceptance of the work and commissioning of the installations. You will support the technical teams in achieving quality, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives.- Ensure daily communication with the client and guarantee a high level of service quality.- Develop technical offers for replacements or multi-technical projects: research of technical solutions, selection of suppliers, monitoring of orders and supplies.- Plan, coordinate, and monitor work and interventions carried out until their acceptance.- Manage calls for tenders for subcontracting: drafting of specifications, and research of variants and analysis of proposals received.- Manage stocks: supply of spare parts (consumables) necessary for the various sites and critical parts.- Coordinate the provision of specific equipment such as aerial work platforms, lifting equipment, or specific tools necessary for the various sites.- Participate in audits and the drafting of technical reports.- Ensure regular reporting to the client and management.- Ensure compliance with safety rules and legal conformity (CFST directive).- Participate in the on-call service according to the schedule in place.- Support or replace an HVAC sector manager as needed.Profile- Diploma in the field of Facility Management, property management, or building technology.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in multi-technical FM.- Good understanding of building techniques; knowledge of HVAC is a real asset.- Very good command of standard tools and CMMS software.- Sense of service, customer orientation, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, and teamwork.We offer- A position with responsibilities within a stimulating environment.- Attractive working conditions.- Possibilities for development.We look forward to receiving your complete application (CV, diplomas, work certificates). jid2f49d27aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
