MSP - Cybermag OfficerOur organization designs, experiments with, and promotes concrete actions to rebuild social ties with people suffering from mental health disorders. We foster their socio-professional reintegration through spaces for exchange, and learning.JOIN OUR TEAM TO CONTRIBUTE WITH US TO A MORE INCLUSIVE SOCIETYTo complete our team in Lausanne / CHUV site in Cery, we are looking for an MSP - Cybermag Officer.YOUR ACTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESWithin the Department, you will perform a role with triple responsibility (support, management of a retail business with a social purpose, steering of a Welcome Center). In this capacity, you will:- Accompany and supervise disability insurance (AI) workers, by establishing a structuring, secure, and adapted framework, fostering the development of social and professional skills allowing them to meet the objectives of their individual project.- Ensure the management of the Cybermag, a local kiosk in the heart of the Cery hospital.- Steer the Cybermag Welcome Center: meet users, ensure open, unconditional, and non-therapeutic reception, without individualized follow-up; plan and lead activities.- Guarantee the management and budget related to all commercial activities, as well as the quality and completeness of the data produced.- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and occupational health protection standards in a hospital environment and in the field of local social work.YOUR PROFILE- Degree in social work, social support and proximity worker (ISAP), socio-professional instructor (MSP), or equivalent.- Proven experience in local work and in supporting people in situations of vulnerability.- Interest in an activity combining the management of a point of sale, support, and the dynamics of an open space.- Sales and management skills are required.- Ability to set and maintain a clear, containing, and benevolent framework, adapted to diverse audiences.- Sensitivity to mental health issues and ability to work in a hospital environment.- Ability to manage complex and unpredictable situations with calm, discernment, and pedagogy.- Aptitude to organize and operate a local business (reception, cash register, stocks, orders, procedures).- Skills in budget management and traceability / reporting.- Driving license (desired).WE OFFER YOU- A stimulating work environment within a committed multidisciplinary team.- The opportunity to contribute to a social, community, and innovative project, located on the Cery site.- Commitment within an organization in full evolution and carrying many challenges.- Compliance with the conditions of the parapublic social sector collective labor agreement (CCT).We look forward to receiving your complete file: CV, cover letter, diplomas, work certificates via the platform, until June 25.Type of contract: Indefinite durationStart date: January 1st or to be agreed uponWorkplace: Lausanne, Prilly - Cite de CeryWorking hours: Monday to Friday, including public holidays.Special hiring condition: Standard and special criminal record extract – clean. jid2aa05c5aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
