As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Microtechnology Design Engineer to design, develop, and optimize precision mechanical systems intended for our special machines and custom solutions.Microtechnology Design EngineerYour main missions- Design and develop high-precision mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies- Carry out feasibility studies, technical concepts, and preliminary projects- Develop plans, technical files, and participate in the development of innovative solutions for assembly and control systems- Collaborate closely with project, production, assembly, and R&D teams- Ensure technical monitoring of projects from design to commissioning- Participate in design reviews, risk analyses, and technical validations- Optimize designs taking into account cost, quality, deadline, and assembly constraints- Provide technical support to internal teams as well as project managers- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and design standardsYour profile- You hold a higher education degree in microtechnology, mechanics, industrial design, or equivalent, such as an HES/EPF engineer, ES technician, or equivalent- You have confirmed experience in precision mechanical design, ideally in the fields of microtechnology, special machines, watchmaking, medical, or an industrial environment- You master 3D CAD tools and are comfortable with the creation of technical plans, mechanical dimensioning, the choice of materials, and constraints related to manufacturing and assembly- You are rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
