For the account of a precision mechanics and micromechanics company recognized in Geneva, to manage and develop a high value-added CNC machining sector in a demanding technical environment, focused on quality and precision, you will play a key role in the technical and human management. We are looking for a: Micromechanics Manager (M/F)Missions:- Lead, supervise, and optimize a CNC/micromechanics machining division- Ensure compliance with production schedules, taking into account priorities and technical constraints- Provide technical support for: - Definition, implementation, and monitoring of machining processes - Technical interface with clients and suppliers- Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects (process, performance)- Ensure regular reporting to production management- Unite teams around common objectives, within a framework of quality and technical performance in micromechanics, machining, or production engineering (CFC, ES, or equivalent) Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a CNC machining division, in precision mechanics and/or micromechanics- Excellent mastery of: - CNC machines - GO2cam X tools - Electroerosion processes (EDM)- Good knowledge of SolidWorks - Strong field sense, leadership, and ability to mobilize teams- Excellent skills in responsiveness and decision-making in a demanding environmentDoes your profile match?
