At DIXI Polytool, a recognized specialist in the production of high-precision cutting tools across various fields (watchmaking, medical, turning, automotive…), we are opening a key position for a Methods Agent. Join us to shape the future of our industrial solutions alongside a passionate and rigorous team! Methods Agent (M/F/X) Main mission: You will report to the Methods Manager and will be responsible for organizing and optimizing process flows. As an intermediary, you will ensure communication between the methods office, production teams, and the technical office manager. Mission: - Calculate offers for special tools while integrating technical and economic constraints. - Develop, monitor, and optimize process flows for tool families and design geometries that meet the client's needs. - Establish the process flows and coordinate production launches (close and regular contacts with Production). - Create, validate, and update basic technical data on Proconcept. - Conduct calls for tenders and consult specialized suppliers. Basic profile in mechanics (CFC) with 3 years of experience in the industry; any additional qualification such as ES Technician or process is a serious plus. Proven experience in a methods office or activity in the cutting tools field is an advantage. Good plan reading skills. Very good command of standard tools as well as CAD tools and ERPs (Proconcept is a serious plus). Analytical and synthesis skills.
