Regen Lab SA is dedicated to the production of medical devices focused on autologous blood derivatives (PRP) for therapeutic applications in sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, urology, aesthetic medicine, and the treatment of various conditions. To support and strengthen our team in the Production department, we are looking for a Production Methods Agent. The holder of the position will be responsible for optimizing production processes, participating in continuous improvement activities, and ensuring the reliability of the technical aspects related to production activities at our production sites based in Mont-sur-Lausanne.Main activities:- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve industrial performance (quality, costs, deadlines);- Write, update, and manage production documents (work instructions, procedures, technical files);- Participate in continuous improvement projects and production flows;- Identify improvements in equipment and processes in collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance;- Participate in the qualification of equipment and process validations;- Provide technical support to production and contribute to problem-solving;- Establish and monitor performance metrics for processes;- Participate in the introduction of new equipment or new products into production;- Manage and update articles and data in the ERP system;- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements and best practices applicable to the medical device sector.Profile:- Technical degree (Technician ES, Engineer HES, or equivalent) in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or a similar field;- 3 to 5 years of experience in a methods or production position;- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, or a regulated environment is a plus;- Good mastery of process analysis, continuous improvement, and technical knowledge;- Knowledge of quality requirements appreciated;- Proficiency in document management tools and systems;- Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail;- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively;- Autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.We offer:- A varied and stimulating position in a dynamic and innovative company;- A work environment focused on continuous improvement;- Opportunities for training and professional development;- A competitive salary and social benefits.Do you like to turn problems into solutions?
