SEMP260 Employment Service (SEMP) - Labor Market Office of the Head of the ORP-ProEmployees Sector SEMP260 Employment Service (SEMP) - Labor Market Office is one of the two offices of SEMP. Comprised of more than 80 members, its mission is to ensure a rapid and sustainable return to work for unemployed individuals, through counseling and support for these individuals on one hand and through collaboration with businesses in the canton on the other hand. Other missions directly subordinate to the head of your department ensure the management of the ORP - ProEmployees sector. In this capacity, you implement the professional guidelines and objectives defined by the employment service management to promote a balanced labor market and the quick and sustainable reintegration of job seekers. You also develop solid partnerships with regional stakeholders in social (re)integration, and in this framework, you coordinate the activities of the sector transversally. You ensure alignment between the needs of the labor market and the profiles of job seekers. Finally, you support and advise your team in the follow-up of cases and management of profiles. Holder of a university degree or equivalent, you have several years of experience in a responsible position, possess strong management skills as well as an excellent knowledge of public institutions, regional professional integration stakeholders, the regional economic fabric, and federal and cantonal unemployment insurance regulations. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong leadership presence, and a high capacity for managing teams and complex situations. You adopt a transversal and multidisciplinary approach, client-oriented, with a focus on advice and solutions, and show rigor and great resilience.
