Assistant Property Management (m/f/x) – 100%As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a 360° Assistant Property Manager responsible for supporting the Property Manager in the daily management of a mixed property portfolio and providing essential support for the smooth operation of tasks which include preparing leases and drafting amendments, overseeing the process of advertisements, arranging visits, and selecting file applications, managing the follow-up related to properties, ensuring communication with the owners, conducting property visits in the Morgin region, managing damages, issuing and tracking purchase orders and quotes, responding to tenant requests and ensuring quality service, managing standard correspondence (letters, emails, phone calls), and planning maintenance work on apartments.Your profile:CFC of commercial employee in real estate or equivalentProven experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role within a property management company in SwitzerlandExcellent writing and spelling skillsStrong sense of detail and good stress managementSolid understanding, analytical skills, and proficiency with common toolsMastery of the GARAIO REM softwareYou have an excellent team spirit, are dynamic, rigorous, and proactive.
