As a building technician, you ensure the perfect operation of electrotechnical or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency for everyone.Your tasks:- Ensure the monitoring of maintenance and building techniques.- Independently execute inspection and maintenance tasks for technical installations.- Process work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets daily.- Ensure various troubleshooting and minor repairs.- Accompany and coordinate work carried out by external companies.- Maintain existing documentation for electrical installations and maintenance.- Propose and implement improvements and appropriate solutions for various sectors.- Management and control of spare parts.- Participation in an on-call service for technical emergencies.Your profile:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as an electrician or equivalent qualification.- Holder of an OIBT article 15 electrician authorization.- Several years of confirmed experience in this field.- Experience in the management and technical coordination of small projects.- Mastery of the administrative aspect of maintenance.- Very good command of French, spoken and written; another language is an asset.- Mastery of IT tools.- Driving license.- Team spirit.- Great flexibility and a strong sense of priorities.- Customer service orientation.Are you the right fit for us?
