OKJOB is recruiting: Building & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician (M/F)

For one of our clients located in the Jura Arc, we are looking for a Building & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician (M/F) to strengthen their team.
Building and Infrastructure Maintenance Technician
- Federal VET Diploma in a technical building field or equivalent training (a Federal VET Diploma as a sanitary installer is an advantage).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good command of common IT tools (knowledge of CMMS and BMS is an advantage).
- Holder of a category B driving licence.
- Good physical condition.
- Autonomous, rigorous, versatile person with a good team spirit.
- Maintain and inspect HVAC installations as well as equipment related to infrastructures.
- Perform machine connections (industrial water, pneumatic and ventilation).
- Participate in relocations and installation of production machines.
- Respond quickly in case of critical breakdowns.
- Monitor and carry out building-related projects.
- Contribute to the optimisation of equipment and infrastructures.
