Under the direct responsibility of the Technical and Safety Manager, they work closely with the Operations Manager and operational departments.

Maintenance Technician
Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician:
- Control and manage the preventive maintenance action plan of the residence
- Monitor the efficient use of energy and resources.
- Undertake plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, electrical, and mechanical engineering work necessary to keep systems safe and efficient.
- Ensure that all work undertaken is carried out safely and in accordance with procedures
- Respond to all maintenance requests in order of priority defined by the establishment or on your own initiative, in close collaboration with operational teams.
- Conduct all required internal training for staff members
- Ensure that adequate spare parts are maintained and used efficiently to maintain a high and consistent level of maintenance quality.
- Manage stocks effectively
- Have a thorough knowledge of the technical configuration of the establishment with a complete record of test logs and routines.
- Ensure compliance with all policies related to the statutory establishment, health and safety hygiene policies, fire regulations, etc., in force in the canton of Geneva for hotel establishments
- Constantly develop and improve the maintenance service
- Commit to continuously improving the efficiency of technical systems installed in the residence, and overall energy consumption by keeping up to date with new technologies or available new processes.
- Be proactive in proposing improvements to quality results and achieving set objectives.
- Supervise and control the activities of external contractors.
- Replace the Technical and Safety Manager during their leave and holidays.
