As part of our development, we are looking for:

Your mission:

- Manage intervention tickets within the allotted timeframes

- Ensure that technical mandates entrusted to partners are properly executed by supervising and controlling the quality of technical execution

- Support service providers in monitoring the preventive maintenance of technical installations and issuing fire and work permits

- Identify technical malfunctions and establish an accurate diagnosis

- Perform first-level maintenance operations and, under your manager’s instructions, handle more complex maintenance tasks

- Manage various projects with the support of management

- Comply with the client’s and DOSIM’s quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental (QHSE) rules

Your profile:

- Holder of a qualifying training in building infrastructure

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- At least 2 years’ experience in technical fields

- Administrative skills

- Organised, conscientious, and autonomous

- Demonstrates rigour, pragmatism, and curiosity; has a sense of priorities, service, and responsibility
