Maintenance Methods TechnicianMissionWithin the framework of this function, in our Methods Division, you actively contribute to the availability of all equipment by guaranteeing the proper execution of the preventive maintenance plan while ensuring a constant balance between the load and the capacity of the activities concerned.Responsibilities- Plan/schedule all preventive maintenance in coordination with production departments.- Launch spare parts orders and prepare technical files for the efficient execution of interventions.- Manage external interventions in the field and update intervention reports.- Analyze the causes of failures and evolve preventive maintenance ranges (articles, etc.).- Collaborate with support departments by participating in equipment improvement actions and projects.- Manage continuous improvement actions for the activity.Profile sought- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in industrial systems or a title deemed equivalent in industrial maintenance.- 5 years of experience in the industrial field, ideally in the watchmaking sector.- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation fields. Very good knowledge of quality and problem-solving tools.- Good knowledge of CMMS software, ideally SAP.- Mastery of office tools (MS Office).- Good command of communication with internal clients and suppliers.- Spirit of analysis and synthesis.- Sense of organization.
