MISSION DESCRIPTION
  • Design of new tooling.
  • Selection of suppliers and ordering of tooling for pre-series.
  • Ensure the smooth running of pre-series and validate the tooling and processes used during pre-series.
  • Participation in project reviews with the operations manager, workshops and Quality.
  • Implementation of corrective actions.
  • Be the main contact for the entire industrialisation phase of products and then the series.
  • Creation, updating and monitoring of information on ERP.
  • Set up all necessary documentation for series production (Creation of phase plans, process sheets, etc.)
  • Resolve technical problems for products.
  • Modify and improve the reliability of manufacturing means.
  • Participation in tooling orders with purchasing.



EXPECTED PROFILE
  • Technical training (Technician ES or Bachelor or equivalent)
  • Experience in watchmaking essential.
  • Good knowledge of watchmaking principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in CAD design and project management tools.
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes and proactive approach.
  • Organisational skills, analytical mind and ability to synthesise.
  • Team spirit, pedagogy and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity and commitment to excellence.
