MISSION DESCRIPTION

- Design of new tooling.
- Selection of suppliers and ordering of tooling for pre-series.
- Ensure the smooth running of pre-series and validate the tooling and processes used during pre-series.
- Participation in project reviews with the operations manager, workshops and Quality.
- Implementation of corrective actions.
- Be the main contact for the entire industrialisation phase of products and then the series.
- Creation, updating and monitoring of information on ERP.
- Set up all necessary documentation for series production (Creation of phase plans, process sheets, etc.)
- Resolve technical problems for products.
- Modify and improve the reliability of manufacturing means.
- Participation in tooling orders with purchasing.
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Technical training (Technician ES or Bachelor or equivalent)
- Experience in watchmaking essential.
- Good knowledge of watchmaking principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD design and project management tools.
- Expertise in manufacturing processes and proactive approach.
- Organisational skills, analytical mind and ability to synthesise.
- Team spirit, pedagogy and excellent interpersonal skills.
