Your main missions: Analyze files in order to determine entitlement to disability benefits, survivor benefits, and pension benefits. Manage cases of old age, including early retirement (lump sums, pensions). Handle complex cases escalated by the Front Office. Process complex correspondence and manage phone contacts with insured individuals and third parties (social partner funds, fiduciaries, etc.). Perform checks according to our internal X system. Actively contribute to the development of our processes and the X system you bring. You have several years of experience in the field of processing disability, work incapacity, or others. You have several years of experience in the field of federal social insurance or professional insurance and you speak Italian fluently. Knowledge of German would be a plus. You are an autonomous person who values customer service and enjoys teamwork.
