Logistics ManagerJob DescriptionAs a logistics manager, you ensure the management of equipment, supplies, and infrastructure of the establishments to guarantee their proper daily functioning. In collaboration with management, school staff, municipalities, and external partners, you ensure the availability of resources necessary for school activities. You thus contribute to the efficiency of the institution and the success of the teaching mission. This position is divided between two school establishments, at a rate of 33% within the Isabelle-de-Montolieu Primary Establishment and 26% within the La Sallaz Primary Establishment, for a total activity rate of 59%.Responsibilities- Guarantee the management of stocks, equipment, and the inventory of the establishment.- Ensure the ordering, receipt, tracking, and distribution of supplies and equipment.- Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and proper functioning of infrastructure and equipment.- Collaborate with management, municipal staff, and external partners to ensure the logistical management of the establishment.- Ensure budgetary and documentary monitoring of activities.The working hours are annualized, and flexibility in scheduling is requested to meet the needs of both establishments.
