Supply / Logistics Coordinator (m,f,d)


Our client is a public organisation offering a dynamic environment, currently structuring its logistics and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the monitoring of orders and supplies
  • Manage stocks and guarantee data reliability
  • Monitor and coordinate logistics flows
  • Organise inventories and analyse discrepancies
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of files and operations
  • Produce reports and activity indicators
  • Contribute to the optimisation of logistics processes
  • Participate in the management of equipment life cycles
  • Provide occasional support to field operations

Candidate Profile

  • Training in logistics, supply chain, management or equivalent
  • Experience in supply or logistics coordination
  • Good command of IT tools (ERP, Excel)
  • Analytical skills and data structuring ability
  • Rigour and organisational skills
  • Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset
  • Versatility with a field-oriented approach
