We are looking for a Personal Insurance Specialist for our team in Bulle. You will provide high-level technical support in personal insurance, LPP (occupational pension schemes), and property insurance (buildings, property, technical, civil liability, etc.). You will provide specialized expertise, in direct contact with insurers, clients, and teams.Your missions:- Organization and holding of annual meetings for LPP management committees and updates on professional pension schemes, reforms, etc.- Personalized management according to client needs: monthly follow-up meetings and monitoring of ongoing cases, and holding information sessions for staff (French/English): general personal insurance, contractual analysis.- Routine management: projects, advice, correspondence (French/English).- Pension analysis: discussions and advice for insured persons of client companies (French/English).- Client advisor: active clients, setting up insurance for companies arriving from abroad (French/English): property insurance, LAMal health insurance, etc.- Tailor-made follow-up and management according to client needs and wishes.- Market monitoring and processing: preparation of the call for tenders, follow-up of the call for tenders and questions, preparation of the comparison and final report.Your profile:- Higher education in the insurance field, or equivalent, with AFA certification.- Federal Diploma is a plus.- Confirmed experience in the personal insurance & LPP sector.- Mastery of office tools and insurance management software (such as Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.).- Excellent ability to simplify technical subjects, rigor, autonomy.- Ease and sense of teamwork.- Very good command of French and English.Workplace: BulleWhy join us?You will evolve in a stimulating environment, with complex files and high added value, within an expert team.
