Then, nice to meet you!Head of Legal Department - 100%As Head of Legal Department, you master the Group's legal risks within the framework of laws, jurisprudence, supervisory authority requirements, as well as regulations and directives that you apply on a daily basis.You directly manage the Management Legal Department and indirectly, via legal managers under your leadership, the legal departments of French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino as well as German-speaking Switzerland, including lawyers and paralegals, by defining objectives and ensuring the quality of activities. You support and develop managers to strengthen team efficiency.Your central role: guarantee a reliable, coherent, and consolidated Legal Department. You evaluate all the Group's legal and tax risks to offer a clear and reliable vision of the situation. Thanks to your rigor, you transform complex rules into concrete actions that secure decisions. You validate the actions to be implemented and support their execution to guarantee sustainable control of the risks you bring to the team.You have a Master's degree in law and confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the legal field. Very good knowledge of insurance law, including its regulatory aspects, as well as the bar exam would be an asset. To your leadership, you combine proactivity, team spirit, and listening skills. Solution-oriented, you know how to make decisions with agility, move projects forward, and mobilize your teams, even in times of high workload. You communicate in French and you have a good level of German.
