Head of Legal Support DomainJob DescriptionThe Directorate General for Territory and Housing (DGTL) is in charge of land use planning (cantonal master plan, guidelines and projects of the cadastre and the cantonal geoportal), building permit procedures, and housing policy at the cantonal level. Join us!You will be in charge, with the current head of the legal support domain, of co-managing a team of seven people passionate about law and land use planning. You will evolve in a dynamic work environment, equipped with modern and bright offices, as well as appreciable flexibility thanks to the possibility of teleworking.Responsibilities- Manage the legal support domain, ensuring the management of human and financial resources, the supervision and coordination of files, as well as the quality and consistency of the work carried out by the team.- Provide high-level legal expertise on complex files, as a business reference and decision-making support, while developing internal and external partnerships.- Contribute to the steering of the Legal Directorate, by supporting the director in their missions and ensuring their replacement to guarantee the continuity of activities.- For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.You benefit from:- Confirmed experience in management and team leadership- Management certificate- Good knowledge of land use planning law- Professional experience in the field of land use planning: 5 to 8 years- Interest in federal, cantonal, and local policy.
