As part of the control plan aimed at combating the abuse of granting or use of COVID-19 loans, for its Lausanne office, Kellerhals Carrard is looking for a:

Lawyer – 60% to 80%

Job description You will be attached nationally to our "Judicial Law" group and will be based in Lausanne. You will join the existing team in verifying the conditions for granting and using COVID-19 loans and handling abuse situations on civil and criminal levels. You appreciate independently managing legal cases, both confrontation and negotiation.

Your profile

Certified lawyer (VD, GE, FR, VS, NE, JU)

Good knowledge of German

Meticulous in handling cases, with a sense of organisation and prioritisation

Possessing a strong team spirit

Proficient in Office 365 computer tools
