What you can contribute

• handle legal and interdisciplinary questions related to the application of health insurance legislation
• support the implementation of quality development measures according to arts. 58 et seq. LAMal, particularly by contributing to the development of conceptual and strategic bases for quality development, reviewing quality agreements and preparing their approval by the Federal Council
• support the implementation of provisions relating to the obligation to pass on benefits according to art. 56, para. 3, let. b, and para. 3bis LAMal, especially by participating in monitoring compliance with the obligation and conducting administrative procedures
• draft reports and opinions in the fields of quality development and benefit repercussion
• prepare and participate in legislative work in the areas of quality development and the obligation to pass on benefits

What makes you unique

• university degree in law, preferably with a lawyer’s licence or a similar additional qualification, ideally with professional experience in the federal administration
• in-depth knowledge of health insurance law and health law, the Swiss health system and administrative procedure
• strong writing skills, a keen interest in analytical and conceptual approaches
• ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a strong sense of responsibility, communication skills and team spirit
• good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
