To support the Group's companies in their legal challenges, we are looking for a: Lawyer (H/F) %Joining the Perrin Group means integrating a transversal role at the heart of our activities. You actively contribute to the legal aspects of our projects and support the various entities of the Group in their daily operations such as: advising and assisting management on legal matters, particularly in construction law, corporate law, labor law, data protection, as well as in enforcement and bankruptcy law; ensuring the legal compliance of activities and safeguarding the interests of the Group’s companies; analyzing existing frameworks, identifying priority risk areas, and proposing suitable legal frameworks; drafting, adapting, and updating internal regulations, guidelines, and contractual documents; managing litigation cases with external advisors, and coordinating, if necessary, the involvement of specialized experts; actively participating in company projects and contributing to internal actions. Your profile: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Swiss law; minimum professional experience of 3 to 4 years in private law with experience in construction law; perfect mastery of French (oral and written); excellent analytical and synthesis skills; rigor, strong prioritization skills; autonomy, flexibility, and excellent stress resilience; strict respect for confidentiality and impeccable integrity.
