Founded in , the firm Fed Finance specializes in temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance professions.Junior Real Estate Accountant - ASAP - Geneva - QuorumWe are looking for our client, a real estate management company based in Geneva, for a real estate accountant.Main missions:- Complete management of the accounting for a portfolio of managed properties- Monitoring of receipts (rents), supplier invoices, and payments (owners)- Preparation of management statements (quarterly, annual) and closing of accounts- Management of heating statements and distribution of charges- Accounting monitoring of PPE (charges, co-ownership accounts)- Management of concierge salaries and social security- Monitoring of files (receipts, unpaid debts) and communication with managers / ownersYour profile:- CFC commercial employee (accounting option), federal certificate or equivalent- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland, ideally in a management company- Good command of real estate accounting and management / heating statements- Knowledge of Quorum- Organized, autonomous, with a good sense of organization and priorities- Good communication and analytical skillsInterested?
