We are looking for a Junior Management Analyst, between 80% and 100%, responsible for the production and analysis of reports and KPIs, project follow-ups in collaboration with IT, and the consistency of PowerPoint presentations for the Department. The various tasks that you will perform include: - Data extraction, formatting, and analysis for our internal and external clients- Establishing and analyzing listings of portfolios, individual policies, etc.- Periodic production and maintenance of dashboards, using Excel and Power BI, for Life and Health Insurance - Writing various studies and projects under the supervision of colleagues, often related to IT - Creating PowerPoint presentations for the entire Department What makes you unique:- Degree in HEC (actuarial or finance) or equivalent - A first experience as an Analyst, or an internship, ideally in the Insurance or Banking sector - Proficiency in French; a good command of German would be a plus - Good knowledge of common tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other analytical tools - Affinity for programming (knowledge of Python ideally), as well as working with Product management and IT - You are autonomous, organized, have a keen sense of analysis, and enjoy evolving in a demanding context. You are curious and conscientious, eager to learn, communicate, and collaborate.
