We are seeking a skilled and proactive 2nd Line IT Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support across a diverse range of operating systems, security platforms, and enterprise applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong troubleshooting mindset and experience supporting both standard IT environments and trading/operations platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support for:
- Operating Systems: Windows 11, Chrome OS, iOS, Android, Windows Server
- Security Tools: PaloAlto GlobalProtect, Cortex, BitLocker, Windows Security
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Enterprise Platforms: Microsoft O365, Google Suite, ServiceNow
- Infrastructure Tools: Active Directory, SCCM, Google Admin Console, PXE OS Deployment
- Networking: Cisco (working knowledge), Citrix environments
- Manage and support Google Meet device infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Support trading and operations applications (preferred):
- Bloomberg, Refinitiv Workspace, TT Trader, ICE Connect/Chat, Allegro
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a 2nd line support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and mobile operating systems
- Familiarity with enterprise security tools and endpoint protection
- Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and OS deployment methods
- Exposure to trading platforms and financial applications is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluent English is essential
