We are seeking a skilled and proactive 2nd Line IT Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support across a diverse range of operating systems, security platforms, and enterprise applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong troubleshooting mindset and experience supporting both standard IT environments and trading/operations platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd line support for:
    • Operating Systems: Windows 11, Chrome OS, iOS, Android, Windows Server
    • Security Tools: PaloAlto GlobalProtect, Cortex, BitLocker, Windows Security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
    • Enterprise Platforms: Microsoft O365, Google Suite, ServiceNow
    • Infrastructure Tools: Active Directory, SCCM, Google Admin Console, PXE OS Deployment
    • Networking: Cisco (working knowledge), Citrix environments
  • Manage and support Google Meet device infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
  • Support trading and operations applications (preferred):
    • Bloomberg, Refinitiv Workspace, TT Trader, ICE Connect/Chat, Allegro

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a 2nd line support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and mobile operating systems
  • Familiarity with enterprise security tools and endpoint protection
  • Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and OS deployment methods
  • Exposure to trading platforms and financial applications is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Fluent English is essential
