Intensive Care NurseThe Clinic of La Source is a unique multidisciplinary acute care facility. It belongs to La Source, an independent and private non-profit institution that also oversees the Institute and Higher School of Health La Source. The independence it provides allows continuous investment in both human and technological aspects to ensure the best care for its patients. We are looking for an Intensive Care Nurse on a fixed-term contract with the following details: Reference: CLS/RH/ / Type: Fixed-Term for 5 months at 100% / Hours: 12-hour shifts / Start: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 X Riponne or Bus 2, 3, or 21 stop Beaulieu-Jomini).Why do we need you?Due to a leave in the team, we are looking for someone to provide support to the team for a duration of 5 months.What will you be doing?- Ensure the proper execution of delegated medical acts and assume responsibility by demonstrating mastery of technical skills.- Be able to adapt to various levels of complexity and/or workload.- Develop meticulousness to prevent and anticipate all situations.- Communicate and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and with patients and their loved ones.- Ensure efficient nursing care based on scientific evidence and develop your skills and competencies.Who will you be working with?The intensive care team, composed of about twenty caregivers, cultivates a technical yet serene work environment.
