Our hierarchy is horizontal, and we are looking for a person with great manual dexterity to fill the position of Installer for the region at 100% (m/f)The tasks range from the assembly of wall bars, racks, climbing walls, or grandstands to the installation of sockets and load-bearing structures. You will travel daily across Switzerland with a colleague and install gym and sports equipment in gymnasiums. You work on the ground, on walls, at heights, and you face a multitude of materials and techniques, in various workplaces. Each intervention brings new challenges and a great diversity of tasks. Occasionally, you will also participate in the assembly and installation of technical stage equipment in theaters, concert halls, or multi-purpose venues. Depending on the work location, you will spend the night on-site and thus continuously discover new working environments and projects that matter to us. You have completed a professional training course as a metal builder, agricultural machinery mechanic, carpenter, or an equivalent craft. Ideally, you already have experience in the assembly sector. You are flexible, not afraid to get your hands dirty, and view changes in work locations and sites as opportunities to discover new regions and meet new people. Reliability, autonomy, efficiency, and precision are a given for you. Good physical condition and not being prone to vertigo complete your profile. For our installation vehicles, you hold a category B and BE driving license. Very good knowledge of French and solid knowledge of German are required.
