(visit our site: )As part of our development, we are looking for: Facility Manager (M/F) 100% for the region of Fribourg Your mission: - Ensure the collection and distribution of mail. - Arrange conference rooms for various events according to requests. - Handle internal relocations on site as per requests. - Respond urgently to retrieve materials needed for production, according to requests. - Be responsible for the showroom activity, welcoming clients for clothing fittings and accompanying partner companies, excluding technical areas. - Use the ticketing tool for managing requests. - Ensure compliance with the QHSE rules defined by the client and DOSIM. Your profile:- 2 years of experience in a similar position. - Hospitality experience, your service capabilities ensure a high level of quality for clients. - You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to varied needs.
