Join Caritas Vaud!In the context of a reorganization, notably following a retirement, we are looking for a:Infrastructure ManagerLausanne80% Permanent ContractInfrastructure Manager 80% Permanent Contract LausanneYour responsibilities:As Infrastructure Manager, you ensure the management of the service and are responsible for its proper functioning, the management of its human resources (team of 3 people). In this position, you report to the Head of the Support Sector and collaborate with colleagues from different sectors for the proper management of infrastructure throughout the canton.- Guarantee quality delivery as a support service;- Manage the infrastructure of offices, activity locations, day and night reception centers (search for premises, lease management, works management, etc.);- Manage the necessary deadlines and various files for the smooth running of the sector (lease agreements, insurance, etc.);- Coordinate with site and team managers regarding maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning interventions for the various premises;- Supervise the infrastructure administrator for the management of transition housing infrastructure, keys, and access, and the management of the vehicle fleet (trucks and cars);- Supervise the work of the steward and cleaning staff;- Guarantee the follow-up of quotes and invoices;- Manage the service administration: drafting various documents, managing email inboxes, processes, etc.;- With the Head of Sector, ensure the management of insurance portfolios and participate in the development and monitoring of the annual budget.Your profile:- Federal Certificate of Property Manager, Technical Business Management Specialist, Maintenance Manager, or equivalent diploma;- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in infrastructure and building management (for example, labor companies, construction, property management, municipal administration, etc.), as well as in team management;- Excellent command of French, comfortable in written and oral communication;- Excellent knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite);- Interest in the social field.You have an ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and accompany technical developments, and you know how to easily set priorities while taking into account the interests of the various stakeholders in compliance with the institutional framework. You have a global approach allowing for the proper resolution of conflicts or problems, with a focus on solutions and the ability to make proposals, in order to provide quality services and support a dynamic service in the conduct of its activities. With a sense of service and aptitude for working transversally, you know how to adapt to your interlocutors.
