Safran Timing Technologies is a player specialized in the design and testing of high-tech clocks (Neuchâtel) and MEMS accelerometers (Yverdon). Equipped with modern facilities and a controlled environment zone (Clean Room), our human-sized industrial site is looking for its future Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to pilot and co-execute all technical aspects of the Neuchâtel site. You will work with your counterpart at the Yverdon site.INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGERYour Missions1. ResponsibilityYou are the guarantor of the availability of the functional infrastructure for the site. You plan external and internal maintenance interventions. As the SME Energy correspondent, you ensure management, audits, and implementation of energy measures. As support to the HSE manager, you deploy the HSE culture and compliance with Safran requirements in terms of safety.2. Maintenance & Projects (60% of time)Infrastructures, HVAC & Clean Room: You pilot and execute the maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHU), chillers, and HEPA filters. You ensure strict compliance with temperature, humidity, overpressure, and ESD device parameters.New Works & Installations: With the team, you carry out the installation and physical connection of new production machines.Subcontracting: You supervise external contractors for regulatory checks and maintenance.Production Equipment: With the maintenance team, you intervene directly on complex breakdowns of ovens, vacuum pumping systems (tanks), as well as cleaning systems (electronic boards and small mechanics).3. Steering, Management & Digital Transition (40% of time)Common process with the Yverdon site.Tool, steering, and implementation of the CMMS: This is your major project of the year! You actively participate in the deployment of our future CMMS to replace our current maintenance file.Data management, machine sheets, and reporting: You organize the schedule of preventive and corrective interventions, ensuring no impact on delivery flows.Management: You supervise your 2 technicians on a daily basis and develop their technical versatility. You optimize the spare parts stock.Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)You ensure and pilot regulatory compliance and the control of HSE risks related to the site's infrastructures and industrial equipment, guaranteeing a safe and compliant work environment, and accompanying teams in meeting requirements. You pilot emergency prevention plans and means of work and personal protective equipment.Energy Management System (EMS)Group Interface: You are the official energy correspondent for the site with the Safran Group. You ensure the reporting of consumption (electricity, gas), share best practices, and decline the global environmental roadmap at the local level in coordination with the Safran group energy manager.Optimization of utilities: You target energy savings, particularly on high-consumption equipment: Air Handling Units (AHU), vacuum pumping systems, and chillers.Your Profile / Experience:Coming from higher education in industrial maintenance or electrotechnics, you have successful experience in a demanding industrial environment (Electronics, Pharmacy, Food Industry), ideally with experience in a clean room and/or facility management.Key skills: Strong skills in HVAC, electricity, and energy.
