We are at home throughout Europe and always close to you.ICT Architect (f/m/d)Be your best with BechtleFor one of our public sector clients in Geneva, we are looking for an ICT Architect (f/m/d) responsible for defining and evolving a modular and scalable architecture for custom development solutions, ensuring overall technical consistency and reusability of components.Your mission- Carry the vision of 3-tier, modular, and scalable architecture, adapted to custom and multi-perimeter developments.- Define and frame service-oriented architectures (SOA) and microservices, including containerization (OpenShift) and DDD / Clean Architecture / hexagonal model approaches.- Design and govern APIs and interoperability standards, integrating API Management solutions and exchange protocols (REST/SOAP, messaging as needed).- Guarantee security mechanisms and standards (protocols and standards), as well as requirements for performance, high availability, scalability, and security.- Support project teams and sectors with good practices (transverse repository), contribute to analyses, cost estimates, and support by integrating resilience, observability, and distributed monitoring.Your profile- University Master's degree in IT or EPF/HES engineering degree (or equivalent); continuing education such as CAS is an asset.- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in transverse IT / architecture in complex environments (custom development, multi-team).- Mastery of 3-tier architectures, SOA, API Management, microservices, OpenShift, and DDD / Clean Architecture / hexagonal models.- Very good mastery of security protocols and mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2/OIDC, SAMLv2, Kerberos) and security issues with a strong sensitivity to software quality and user experience.- Ability to structure transverse governance (sectors, standards, repositories), to manage risks and mitigation plans.- Leadership, editorial rigor, team spirit, and ease in a proposal-oriented environment.Working conditions- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a generous pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the areas: IT Infrastructure, IT Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
