Prométerre is a human-scale professional association whose mission is to promote Vaud agriculture as a whole and to support farm managers through services and advice. To ensure the security, compliance and resilience of the company’s information systems, it is looking for its:
Your activities and responsibilities
Your mission for Prométerre and its units will be to:
- Ensure the definition, implementation and management of the information security management system (ISMS);
- Monitor and identify risks related to information systems;
- Contribute to ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in the field;
- Ensure data protection;
- Play a key role in raising awareness, training and supporting employees to sustainably strengthen the information security culture within the association and its units.
Your profile
With higher education in cybersecurity / information security / information systems, you have 3 to 5 years’ experience in information systems security, IT governance or ISMS management.
You have experience in implementing an ISMS, managing it or have participated in obtaining an information security certification.
You have good practical knowledge of information systems, cybersecurity, incident management, governance and business continuity (BCM/DRP).
You have good knowledge of frameworks, the Swiss legal framework and recognised standards in the above areas and possess a solid understanding of IT architectures (networks, systems, cloud, application security, IAM, encryption, vulnerability management, SOC). A DPO certification would be an asset.

- Ability to work on both strategic and operational matters;
- Autonomous, analytical, pragmatic mindset, strongly results-oriented and respectful of deadlines;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical profiles as well as ease in interpersonal and writing skills.
