We are looking for a permanent position for an Industrialisation Manager driven by demanding technical environments and innovative projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage, support and develop a team dedicated to industrialisation and methods
• Lead projects related to the introduction of new parts as well as actions aimed at continuous process improvement
• Oversee the preparation of technical offers and ensure their relevance in terms of cost and feasibility
• Ensure smooth collaboration between internal departments (production, quality, supply chain, etc.) and external contacts
• Monitor performance indicators and guarantee the achievement of industrial objectives (quality, productivity, deadlines)
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and internal procedures
• Be proactive in proposing improvements to manufacturing methods and strengthening overall competitiveness

Your profile:

• Engineering degree (HES or equivalent) in mechanics, microtechnology or a similar field
• Solid background in industrialisation, ideally in the high-precision CNC turning, milling, and screw-cutting sector
• Proven experience in team management and leading industrial projects
• Good understanding of demanding environments (watchmaking, medical or comparable sectors)
• Natural leadership, ability to structure, prioritise and achieve results
• Excellent communication skills and ease in cross-functional interactions
• Fluency in French and good level of English (min. B2)
