Industrialisation Quality Assurance Manager (M/F)
Mission
Within this role, attached to our Movement Components Division, you will be responsible for managing and developing the "Industrialisation Quality Assurance" activity by strengthening preventive quality during the industrialisation phase of new components, to ensure the achievement of production objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, unite, develop and motivate a team of Quality Improvement Officers, while directly managing industrialisation projects.
- Distribute the operational workload within the team, validate milestones, guide decisions and arbitrate priorities.
- Define and/or optimise monitoring plans according to risks and process capabilities to guarantee quality in series production.
- Drive cross-functional actions in collaboration with support services to advance manufacturing processes and improve their capabilities.
- Be responsible for standard control ranges in production.
- Contribute to defining standards and best practices.
Profile sought
- Engineer in microtechnology or equivalent.
- Proven experience in management is essential.
- Previous experience in the watchmaking sector or in manufacturing watch components is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of movement component manufacturing processes.
- Project management skills.
- Mastery of quality tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in an ERP system (SAP ideally).
- Proactive, creative, and able to make proposals.
- Rigorous, analytical and synthetic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and collaborative spirit.
- Strong listening skills, client-oriented, solution and result focused.
