Our client is currently building its first industrial site in Switzerland. Industrial Program X is building its first industrial site in Monthey, with the ambition of creating a reference industrial and technological center within a group supported by an investment fund. The company develops an innovative physico-chemical technology, which is now validated on a pilot scale. The project is now entering a key industrial phase, with a strong challenge in defining the flows and in this context, we are recruiting an Industrial Program Manager, with a strong structuring dimension. As part of Industrial Program X site management, you play a central role in defining and structuring industrial processes. In this capacity, you will be responsible for: Defining and structuring all industrial flows (products, components, supply), in close connection with the product manager. Building a global vision of resources, costs, and timelines. Leading the implementation of an ERP (Business Central), in a multi-flow and multi-component environment. Anticipating and structuring supply chains (components, subcontracting, industrial partners). Defining performance standards and management tools. Supporting key structural choices related to (make or buy, supplier selection, flow management). Being the key interlocutor for the product manager on timelines, industrial feasibility, and the gradual implementation of production and operations. A higher education degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, engineering or confirmed experience in complex industrial environments, with a strong supply chain dimension, or significant exposure to the implementation or management of an ERP (ideally Business Central). Ability to understand multi-component flows and to structure industrial processes starting from upstream phases. Comfortable in building environments, with a good balance between vision and the ability to get into details. Ability to interact with technical profiles (R&D, product) and to challenge structured choices. Organization, rigor, capacity, and sense of priorities required; fluent French; fluent English required. Context & environment: Key position in a rapidly developing industrial project.
