## Job Description ##

* Lead the end-to-end Oracle transformation project over a 24-month period.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts.
* Review and challenge functional specifications to ensure technical feasibility.
* Facilitate technical discussions and act as the bridge between business and development teams.
* Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
* Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
* Ensure alignment between functional needs and technical design.
* Prepare and deliver project documentation and status reports.
* Support testing phases and validate solution quality.
* Manage communication with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Strong technical background with the ability to converse with developers.
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in system or ERP transformation.
* Good understanding of Oracle environments or similar enterprise systems.
* Ability to challenge and validate functional specifications.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
* Fluent in French and English (both required).
* Availability to start as soon as possible.
* Experience working in multicultural or cross-functional environments.
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
