Industrial Facilities and IT Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate industrial facilities and IT projects (clean rooms, utilities, safety, infrastructures)
- Ensure full project monitoring: planning, costs, quality and reporting
- Manage change control and document management processes
- Define and finalise URS in collaboration with internal teams
- Participate in tenders and select suppliers
- Coordinate on-site work and interfaces with internal teams
- Supervise the implementation of IoT and automation systems
- Ensure CQV compliance (qualification and quality impacts) of installations
- Monitor technical projects such as electrical distribution, fire systems, water treatment
- Ensure commissioning and documentation updates
- Interact with suppliers to collect necessary technical information
- Be present on site to monitor installation progress
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in industrial technical project management
- Strong knowledge of facilities, utilities and cleanroom environments
- Good understanding of industrial IT and automation systems
- Sensitivity to CQV requirements and regulated environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Autonomy, versatility and sense of priorities
- Ability to work interfacing with multiple stakeholders
- Field-oriented with a pragmatic approach
- Good rapport with suppliers and external partners
