Building Project Manager - Aluminum Joinery & FacadesLocation: Yverdon-les-Bains, Canton of Vaud, SwitzerlandCompany: P+P Pragma-Tec SàrlType: Permanent contract – Full-time (42h/week)Position open to cross-border commuters and Europeans willing to work in Switzerland.About usP+P Pragma-Tec Sàrl carries out custom projects for the building sector, combining technical expertise and architectural quality. We work on residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Switzerland. Our building projects cover:- Aluminum joinery: doors, windows, glass partitions, verandas- Lightweight facades, curtain walls, and building envelopes- Custom metal architectural elements- Structures combining aluminum, steel, glass, and stainless steelYour roleYou manage building projects from pre-sales to handover. You are the main point of contact for the client, architects, and project managers, ensuring coordination between studies, production, and installation.Main responsibilitiesPre-sales & Studies- Analysis of tender documents and architectural plans- Technical site visits and measurements- Feasibility study (profiles, glazing, structural interfaces)- Complete costing of joinery/facade packages- Drafting of offers and technical variants- Management of the design office for detail drawings and technical solutions- Coordination with other trades to manage interferences and technical details- Negotiation with suppliers (aluminum profiles, glazing, hardware) and placing orders- Launching and monitoring of installation schedulesConstruction Site & Installation- Planning of interventions and installation teams- Site meetings and progress monitoring- Quality control and compliance of work- Management of site hazards and unforeseen events- Clearing of punch lists and client handoverFinancial Management- Monitoring of costs and margins (final accounts)- Management of change ordersTechnical Profile- Degree in building, metal joinery, facades, or equivalent- Minimum 3 years of experience in aluminum joinery/facade project management- Excellent command of building plan reading- Knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss requirements (waterproofing, thermal)- Experience in coordination with architects/project managers/general contractors- Knowledge of Bexio- Fluent French; German and/or English appreciatedPersonal Qualities- Customer service orientation and ease with architects- Ability to balance technical/cost/deadline requirements- Leadership on site and team spirit- Rigor and financial monitoringWhat we offer- Salary starting from CHF [Amount] gross/month, adapted to your experience- 13th month salary- Permanent contract (CDI)- Company vehicle for client/site travel- Flexible hours: 8:00-8:30 / 17:00 (Friday 16:00)- Minimum 20 days of vacation/year + 9 paid public holidays- Stimulating technical environment with leading industrial clients- Stability and development prospects jid04acbd3aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
