Our Energy business unit has the mission to optimize all energy production and management activities, including renewable energy production from sources such as biomass, wind, hydro, photovoltaic, and geothermal. To complete our Hydro & Wind team at the Morges or Noville site, we are looking for a Hydroelectric Maintenance Manager 80% - 100%Profile- Federal VET Diploma in a technical field supplemented by a maintenance agent certificate or equivalent- Required experience in industrial hydroelectric maintenance- Understanding of control systems (SCADA, metering)- Experience in incident and downtime management- Ability to work with data- Good understanding of asset performance and availability issues- Good knowledge of Swiss regulations applicable to water protection and hydraulic power- Fluent French and good knowledge of English and German- Autonomy, rigor, efficiency, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders- Sensitivity to safety issues and availability for occasional interventions related to operationsResponsibilities- Ensure the day-to-day management of hydroelectric assets (monitoring downtime, incidents, and actions)- Coordinate activities related to maintenance and operations with operators and internal stakeholders- Guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of asset data- Provide direct support to asset managers and project teams in the department on subjects related to operations- Contribute to monitoring asset performance and propose improvements- Participate in the creation and continuous improvement of O&M processes- Support digital functions and tools to improve performance monitoring and the management of O&M activities (in support of specialists)BenefitsIn this team, you will be able to work from the office and from home.
