Job Description

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of our machine park and installations (compressor, ventilation, vacuum, cooling unit, electricity, plumbing) via a maintenance plan
• Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs to guarantee optimal performance of the installations
• Coordinate and monitor external companies
• Conduct performance tests and leak checks to ensure systems comply with quality and safety standards
• Keep technical documentation up to date and write detailed reports on interventions carried out
• Participate in the on-call service
• Successfully carry out HVAC projects on sustainability, compliance with standards, or optimisation within scheduled deadlines

Profile

Required Skills

• Holder of a building technical Federal VET Diploma or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• You have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and current standards
• You are comfortable with IT tools and able to read and interpret technical plans
• You hold a driving licence
