We constantly offer increasingly fascinating timepieces, combining technical expertise and refined aesthetics.Job Description- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of our machine fleet and facilities (compressor, vacuum, HVAC, electricity, plumbing) via a maintenance plan- Diagnose breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to guarantee optimal performance of equipment and ensure follow-up of external companies- Carry out performance tests and leak checks to ensure that systems comply with quality and safety standards- Keep technical documentation up to date and write detailed reports on interventions carried out- Participate in the on-call service- Successfully carry out HVAC projects regarding sustainability, compliance with standards, or within scheduled deadlinesProfileRequired Skills- Holder of a technical CFC in building services or equivalent, you have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position- You have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and current standards- You are comfortable with IT tools and have the ability to read and interpret technical plans- You hold a driver's licenseLanguagesPlace of work: L'Orient jid5d2771baen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
