Description
Our client, active in the fields of control, building automation and technical installations, is seeking an HVAC / BMS After-Sales Service Technician to ensure the maintenance and repair of its installations for its customers.
HVAC / BMS After-Sales Service Technician (M/F)
- Technical training in automation, electricity, control or heating-ventilation-air conditioning (ES, CFC, BTS, diploma or equivalent).
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC installations.
- Good knowledge of BMS control systems and building management systems (BMS).
- Experience with Program PLCs and controllers or equivalent systems.
- Good understanding of electrical diagrams and HVAC schematic diagrams.
- Knowledge of communication protocols BACnet, Modbus, KNX or equivalents.
- Ability to diagnose HVAC installations as well as automation systems.
- Autonomous, rigorous personality with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Team spirit, organisational skills and good communication abilities.
- Driving licence essential.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump installations.
- Diagnose and eliminate faults on technical equipment and control systems.
- Work on PLCs, controllers and BMS interfaces to ensure proper functioning of installations.
- Perform adjustments, optimisations and adaptations of control programmes according to customer needs.
- Carry out point tests, functional checks and communication verifications between equipment.
- Monitor alarms and malfunctions related to automation systems.
- Perform electrical modifications, wiring and interventions on control panels.
- Manage equipment and orders necessary for interventions.
- Prepare precise intervention reports and ensure rigorous follow-up of actions taken.
- Participate in the repair and on-call service.
